In January 2016, I received a Professional V7 Ionic Foot Bath kit that was sold to Ron Miller in Nibley, UT and shipped to me at 125 Summit Drive, Smithfield, UT 84335. Ron’s company name is now Rocky Mountain Family Therapy. The Sales receipt was dated 1/21/2016, sale number 2900. I did not register with you at that time, but register now with this history.
