Hello!!!!! Is anyone there!!!! I have been a customer for a very long time and continue to purchase as I am invested in you products, technology and company. I have absolutely NO (ZERO) ability to speak to anyone on your team, staff or with your company. I have been calling for 3 years and can NOT even leave a message yet you process my accessory orders and after a very lengthy time between taking my $ I eventually receive the products. I sent 2 units for repair to McAllen TX and have a fedex confirmation of receipt at your end that you received my Ion Spa Units for repair and have not received them back AT ALL nor have I received any communication on what was wrong with them and why they have not been sent back to me. IF YOU can no longer repair these units, it is up to you to send them back to me as I OWN them. They are my property. If you do not know where they are then you Need to replace them with 2 brand NEW Units! Additionally I have just placed an order for new supplies and you processed my CC; PLEASE get these products out to us ASAP! I will be waiting on a tracking number for this most recent order # 222336 Placed June 26th 2025. Thank you for your cooperation and speedy turn around in addressing these issues. I want to move forward continuing to work with your product. I do not want to get authorities involved or legal involved in retrieving my property!
