I have finally received a response to my many inquires. I have been set up as a Distributor of your products for over 10 years. My email address changed from l.lhughes@sympatico.ca to my current: lilliehughes45@gmail.com – and I was unable to access anything to update it. I would appreciate if you change this new account to a wholesale account. I also have a unit that needs to returned for repairs and need to order some supplies. Lillie
