I received a defective and incomplete ion spa complete kit (IonSpa PORTABLE V6 Spa Kit). The control unit does not work at all – it simply will not turn on despite the yellow unit turning on and the power supply unit turning on. The RelyOn is missing – whether in tablet or powder form – I did not receive it at all. Despite being an elderly pensioner, I paid about CAD $1500 for the ion spa kit as I have had two ion spas before over the past 10 years and was very satisfied. My last one finally broke down so I purchased this new kit, only to be deeply disappointed as it is defective. My daughter and I tried contacting you many times over the past few days, by email and by telephone, to no avail. I urge you to replace this defective/incomplete ion spa kit at the earliest, by courier (at no cost to me). The same courier who delivers the brand new complete ion spa kit should pick up the defective/incomplete ion spa kit and return it to you. Please advise as to when the courier will come so that I may ensure that I am here when they arrive. Thank you.
