On October 2, 2025, by DHL courier, I returned the ion spa kit I received from you on Sept 25, 2025 – Order #222420. Kindly issue me a full refund at the earliest. As I received a defective and incomplete kit and was forced to return the kit within 10 days for a refund as I was unable to contact you by telephone, email or your online customer service, I ask that you also refund me the customs cost of approx $126 plus the $235 I had to pay DHL to return the kit to you within the stipulated 10 days.
