We sent two Professional units to you months ago for repairs and have not heard one thing back regardless of how many times e have requested updates and communication through email and attempting to phone you which is an absolute nightmare. No company I know has a perpetual VM box that is full for over two years. PLEASE HELP US!!! We have 3 additional systems that we need to send for repairs. WE MUST GET the two we sent you back as soon as possible. This is affecting my business operation. I have been a loyal and very good customer for MANY< MANY Years! What is going on with your customer service, repair services and lack of responsiveness. I am trying to provide grace and patience, but this is a little over the top! Please let us know who to contact and how to contact so that we can receive better customer care and respinsiveness.
