I have emailed you already, and called many times. I am so frustrated with your shitty customer service. No answer on the phone. Can’t leave a message because “mailbox is full.” Won’t call me or answer emails. Really? I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from your company over the last three years, and I can’t get an answer. My machine is not working. The push/pad/numberpad on top of the tub is not working–only the 123 buttons–the rest work. But it forced me to shut down that part of my business. I assured my clients that we would get it fixed because it is still under warranty. But NO! I can’t get one damn person to contact me. I’m about ready to call the better business bureau and file a complaint. Then some nasty reviews online. How petty, but what recourse do I have? Answer your damn phone or return emails. I need someone to fix my footbath. It’s still under warranty.
